Padang Besar or shall i say, Big Field ...ha3 ..sound funny..is situated in Perlis state..which is to the north of Peninsular Malaysia.A small state which well known with sugar....yess!! sugar..
There are lots of sugarcane plantations here...when u pass through these plantation u wont realize that those are the sugarcanes which supply us sugar..that we use daily...At first ...i thought it was just a big grass field..and said these people are so lazy to explore the land...and i was wrong...i didn't realize it was the sugarcane plantation. A big ...what shall i say...like a green carpet......hmmmm..believe me....
Padang Besar is near to the Thailand border...u can go to there if u have the passport..but shopping at padang besar is just the same as shopping at thailand. Almost everything sold here are frm there......even the shopkeepers talk thailand language.There are lots of things u can by here..so walk around and explore..but dont just buy them but u must bargain for the suitable price...Ehhh..i want that big green frog...!
